Lucy owns the end-to-end delivery of executive search projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met. She coordinates internal teams and acts as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders.

Lucy previously held senior leadership roles across Europe within major international organisations, including global firms in professional services and large-scale corporates with complex, multi-market operations across both regulated and consumer-facing sectors.
